Pre-Development Consulting

We’re happy to help clients research costs and conduct a comparative market analysis before investing in a new development. We take a truly consultative approach in all communication with our clients; we want you to have all the information you need in order to make the best decision.


Approximately six months prior to a new building opening, we help with everything from budgeting to performance to get your property leased up as quickly as possible, at full market price.


Compliance Management

Of the over 6,000 apartments that we manage, 3,700 are classified as affordable housing. Our in-house compliance team oversees a diverse portfolio with the main goal of ensuring our clients’ assets are in compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations. The portfolio includes properties that have Section 42, Section 8, and RD Section 515 funding with layered HOME, CDBG, PBV and 811 funds.
